Torre del Parco

Torre del Parco (Turris Prati Magni) is located in the heart of Lecce and it is the Medieval and Renaissance symbol of the city.

The monumental complex was built in 1419 by the Prince of Taranto Giovanni Antonio Orsini del Balzo.

It includes the Tower, taller than 30 meters and surrounded by a deep moat, the Prince’s Palace, where he had established the Mint of State and the civil and penal Tribunal, and the Convent af the friars.

The rooms of the Historic House are located in the old Convent which was built in 1600 on the walls of the fifteenth-century manor.

In the morning you can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast with typical selected products in the halls of the Palace or in the garden with the tall palm trees and the centuries-old elms.

The Royal Suite with the four-poster bed and the large whirlpool bath with chromotherapy is the ideal place to relax and find comfort. The room is linked directly to the Wellness Area where you can enjoy a rejuvenating massage.
